I have a really sensitive stomach and a lot of allergies so most store bought green juices include fruit/vegetables that trigger my stomach, therefore i usually opt to make all juices at home using either my blender or juicer.
for a green juice - This combination is my absolute favourite - It tastes so fresh, zesty and spicy because of the ginger!
INGREDIENTS
Celery - about 5-6 stalks
Lemon - juice of half a lemon
Spinach - handful of baby spinach / about a cup
Ginger - I like fresh ginger, but you can use powder ginger too (about a teaspoon)
Put all ingredients in a juicer and then squeeze the lemon into the juice at the end - mix well
OR
Blend all ingredients (add a bit of water/ice to make sure it mixes well - if the juice is too thick you can strain the juice after blending)
